| Abstrakt: | In his work, the author undertakes an analysis of the above mentioned text by Jan Amos Comenius published anonymously in Leszno in 1655. The author presents, basing on the current state of the research, the content of the panegyric and the political reality of the time, he shows also the mechanisms owing to which Comenius’s work, which challenged the “Sarmatian” ideology and mentality, contributed to that Czech thinker’s gaining an ill repute in Poland. |
