Abstract: Nowadays online and mobile technologies have become a part of children’s daily lives, whatever the cultural and geographic context. The wide infrastructure of online digital networks, increasing reliance on mobile and social media and associated with it new technological opportunities and risks are the reason why that children’s rights are not only realized in new ways but also very often infringed. This article presents the analysis of the realization of children’s rights online in Europe and Kenya with references to The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
