Abstract: "Analyzing the issues concerning human development2, it can be indicated that the indispensable conditions of the occuring changes (both in the sphere of mentality and of the relations with social surroundings) are: the person’s active involvement in diff erent activities of agentic, social and symbolic character (also communica-tion activity), and personal interactions, so important in human life. Th is involve-ment is of particular interest for developmental theories, especially for those which aim at the description and explanation of the nature of changes in individual (and psycho-social) development, as well as they aim at explaining the mechanisms due to which the changes originate."
