Abstract

The relation between creative participation of an individual in diversified world and building of a personal auto definition can be outlined in many different ways. One of them can be embracing as well as realization of the idea of intercultural education, understood as some intentional approach towards the borders to “the unknown” to find the degree to which things differ. In the discussion over relations between intercultural education and the processes of individual I development we notice such a great amount of trains of thought, presenting us with the specification of certain developmental contexts together with the regularities which govern them. The analysis of some chosen presentations, theoretical and empirical in type, aims at our better understanding of them as well as the mechanisms, which mark and support the process of both individuality and I identity creation of the youth; it all happen in the world which is socially and culturally diversified.
