Abstrakt: Feminists indicate “feminine oversight” as one of the errors repeated by philosophers – the authors of contemporary justice and equality conceptions. Feminism followers don’t agree with justice and equality rules which are obligatory only in the public sphere. Feminists claim that a traditional family structure makes gender inequalities deeper, therefore it should be changed. They say that the shape of traditional family is not just, just as the consideration that it is an apolitical being (i.e. the socialization process has a political so discriminatory character). The most important thesis in this article is a statement that a modern family should be extricated from “the state of nature”, from “privacy” to a public sphere and its values, rules and standards. It is essential to create a just society where all people are equal. The author of this paper advances arguments for and against traditional family. She also tries to answer the question how to create a real (not only theoretical) partnership in family. She shows the examples of effective practices which can help women and men to achieve equal status in both (private and public) spheres (i.e. matrimony agreement and social policy solutions).
