Abstract

Major tendency in the employment of graduates of cultural pedagogy, their course of live, including those related to specific careers and unusual places of work — this is the main theme of this article. Author, by using combinations and statistics introduces problems of employment of graduates of University in Cieszyn. Author mentions the largest group of establishments, institutions and organizations in which they found a job. He highlights the problems of traditional and new places of employment, changes in the profile of education, reminds the animator educational model. He also presents new tendencies in hiring graduates at the turn of the millennium and finds the answer to the question: “Who has been trained — which graduates were prepared by University in Cieszyn and for whom have they been educated?”
