Abstract

Teamwork at schools has a number of advantages: it confronts the theory with its practical applications, teaches students how to cooperate and control their egocenteredness, reveals the principles of social interactions, reinforces students’ responsibility for collective projects, raises the awareness of the common purpose, stimulates students’ search for increased self-knowledge.
