Z badań nad procesem kryminalnym w dawnym Krakowie : sprawa Jana Struszkowskiego o zabójstwo z roku 1707

Abstract

In the paper was described one of processes being in progress before the Cracow municipal court in 1707. The trial concerned the manslaughter committed by the soldier of Jan Struszkowski. The litigation concerned, whether the act had been committed intentionally or also unintentionally above all. Analysis of the course of judicial proceedings allows to state that the Cracow municipal process in criminal matters kept features of the grievance-contradictory process. Infl uences of the inquisition process were minimal.
