Ballady „o pani, co zabiła pana” w kontekście kryminologii i kryminału (Od Mickiewicza do Gałczyńskiego)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of alterations in presenting elements of crime and criminology in literature on the basis of various artistic realizations of the motif of a lady who killed a man (in folk texts, in Adam Mickiewicz, Teofil Lenartowicz, Jan Kasprowicz, Światopełek Karpiński and Konstanty Ildefons Gałczyński). The evolution of the motif as seen in subsequent works unveils links between the alterations and the evolution of the pre-scientific and scientific way of thinking about etiology, symptomathology and crime prevention.
