| Abstrakt: | The needs in terms of rebuilding as well as real building of the poorly developed transport infrastructure of Afghanistan are subjected to huge difficulties. The badly organised institutions responsible for transport infrastructure, insufficient funds for the development of transport system, poorly developed banking system and legal services and first and foremost the warfare which are conducted in most areas of the country are only few among many obstacles identified by the World Bank which hampers the construction processes. |
