Abstract: Chapter 11 of petty offences’ code from 20 May 1971 [8] entitled “offences against safety and order in road traffic” concerns forbidden acts which may occur in road traffic. Among them the offences violating safety in communication can be distinguished. The article discusses the legal issue of petty offence which is disobedience to a road sign or road signal (article 92 of petty offences’ code) Additionally, the article presents own tests results which were to check the application of this regulation in practice.
