| Abstract: | Limitation of the market mechanism in prices formation is connected with the introduction of social policy elements to price policy. The elements are taken into account both in the fee amount and in the assignment of free fares and discounts to various social groups. The article presents the tariff-ticket system applied in municipal transport of municipal corporations of Upper Silesia Voivodeship. |
