Abstract

The purpose of this paper entitled: Exotic worlds in metaphors – on Beata Pawlikowska’s tongue is to answer the following questions: 1) what metaphors are used in the author’s communication with a reader, then in other words what manner (what pictures) does she use to code the subjective mental sensations and experiences; 2) consequently, what are the linguistic pictures of exotic worlds constructed by a Pole (European) fascinated by the solitary trips.
