Russkie predlozenia s predikativami na -"o" v kommunikativnom aspekte

Abstract

Constructions with predicates beginning with -o are very active in the contemporary Russian language. The so called category of state distinguished by L. Szczerba and described thoroughly by W. Winogradow gave rise to numerous discussions and studies on the very group of words not only in Russian philology. The problem of a more detailed description of communicative functions of predicates beginning with -o and definition of semantic differences appearing in them is still up-to-date. Depending on the context, the predicates under investigation may have a qualitative, state and evaluative meaning. The article raises the issue of synonyms of syntactical, isosemic and non-isosemic sentence models in Russian and the classification of a construction with predicates beginning with -o to the so called linguistic registers.
