W poszukiwaniu znaczenia : polskie ekwiwalenty rosyjskich terminów cywilnoprawnych z zakresu zabezpieczenia wykonania zobowiązań umownych

Abstract

The article includes an author’s proposal of a Russian-Polish translation terminology related to the ways of protecting the fulfillment of contract commitments, that is the ones which are created as a result of contract agreement. The first part of the article presents Russian civil- law terminology and its Polish counterparts under investigation, as well as the terms for which it is difficult to find Polish equivalents or the ones requiring comments. The second part opens with an alphabetical file of the terminology and its Polish equivalents on the basis of a Russian civil code and proper legal acts. Finding translation equivalents of legal terms is an extremely difficult and responsible process.
