Abstract: Globalisation processes that we have been observing, have significant impact on many dimensions of social life. Results of global economic transformations and functioning of the newest communication technologies are the subject of many research works from various science areas. Internet websites of companies in which, apart from basic data, information favouring creation of positive company image can be found are particularly interesting for sociologists. Glocalisation is a process that is parallel to globalisation. It consists in the revival of local life and renaissance of local cultures. The consequences of these two processes can be observed in many new or newly discovered ideas or concepts of management, including the way in which an organisation image is created. Corporate social responsibility is one of such concepts (...).
