Abstract

The article presents an overview of research findings devoted to the ways of formulating thejustifications of ethical decisions and sources of a moral behaviour of a working individual. Itdescribes selected important features of an individual influencing the process of his/her makingdecisions and ethical behaviours. Also, the features of a moral dilemma itself being the subject ofdecisions connected with an ethical behaviour were elaborated on.
