Abstract: | The article is an overview of contemporary methodologies of the literary studies and waysof reading that could be transposed to the school didactics of the Polish studies derivingfrom them. The author underlines the necessity to teach the interpretation of literary works inschools, saying that it is the only method of getting learners interested in a text, also the onewritten in the 19th century and earlier. Teaching interpretation in schools is seen by her asa result of a teacher being well-prepared for it and educated at the modern university. |
