Abstract

The paper is devoted to the problems encountered by students, especially these with developmental dyslexia, to create logical, coherent and cohesive sentences. The author discusses the most popular mistakes/errors made by children who suffer from developmental dyslexia and presents the most appropriate didactic approaches to be introduced by the teacher during lessons and extracurricular activities. The author describes chosen exercises and indicates how the teacher can adjust certain exercises to the needs and levels of development of his or her students and to fit their pre-existing study material.
