Abstract

The article characterizes the act of using an administrative law by an administrative court in the light of the criteria and scope of the control of an administrative decision taken by it, as well as the basis for an annulment complaint. A verification (court) model of using an administrative law with a model used by the administrative bodies was compared. Analyzing the differences between the norms of supplement in both cases, the attention was paid to the practice of the court going beyond the frames of an administrative usage of law in the case of a denial of using the regulation commonly biding the very body was associated with.
