Odraczanie gratyfikacji w dłuższej perspektywie czasowej

Abstract

The research, the results of which are presented in the article, is a part of a wider project on the ethics of Poles’ work concerning the process of postponing gratification for work/study connected with man’s ornetation on the future. The nature of this variable is planning the state of affairs in the future and siatnt time perspective which is convenient for oneslef. The results concern the relations between postponing gratification and other aspects of the ethics of work, measured by means of the Polish adaptations of the Protestant Work Ethic Scale by Mirels and Garett as well as a Multidimensional Work Ethic Profile by Miller, Woehr and Hundspeth.
