| Abstrakt: | The author will discuss the bird strike phenomenon and its impact on the air transport of passengers. In addition to the above, examples of flying accidents mainly caused by bird strikes will be provided. Furthermore, the issue of responsibility for accidents caused by bird strikes will be discussed, alongside legal regulations pertaining to subjects connected with the topic. |
