Abstract

Th e article is an introductory work. Th e analysis refers to general issues such as the concept and features of the family or the administrative policy concerning the family. Th e article focuses also on the concept of a family as a multidisciplinary subject of research present in law. Within such framework, normative acts from the scope of administrative law relating to the family are presented.
