| Abstrakt: | The text makes an attempt to define the notion of a just war. The author starts from presenting the evolution of the notion of a just war, beginning from the ancient to modern times, basing her considerations on selected socio‑philosophical and legal concepts. Next, the researcher brings today’s criteria of the just war closer, based on a dichotomy, namely entering the war and leading it. The analyses close with a general reflection on a contemporary problem of fighting with terrorism that takes on a new meaning in the technique of leading conflicts. |
