| Abstract: | The chapter constitutes an analysis of the constitutional status of the Constitutional Tribunal, which was established under the non‑democratic government. Moreover, it establishes that constitutional courts in Poland do not rule in cases regarding constitutional accountability, but the rulings of the Constitutional Tribunal constitute one of the sources of law. |
