| Abstrakt: | The following article refers to freedom of assembly and, more specifically to the conduct as to the organising process. The author presents a few legal regulations concerning organization of public assembly that has been in force since 2015. Against such background a definition of an assembly, its classification, and characteristics is presented. At the same time the author draws the attention to the fact that freedom of assembly may serve to realize other freedoms such as freedom of speech or freedom of artistic creativity. |
