| Abstrakt: | The subject of the article is the issue of retail trade in Sosnowiec. The paper analyzed the level of development and changes in the structure of trade in different historical periods. The types of shops and transformation of organizational, technological, qualitative and quantitative trade were specified. These changes were the result of the expansion of large foreign chains, as well as changes in customer preferences in recent years. Empirical studies made it possible to determine the current trends of changes and their importance for consumers and the economy of the city. |
