The first part of the article describes the geological conditions of its production, the history of beer brewing, methods of producing spe-cific to different civilizations, the process of its spread around the world, from ancient times to modern. In the second – contains the characteristics of the modern beer industry in the world, its distribution, production volume and consum-ption in terms of global and regional level. |
