Abstrakt: | The author o f this article traces the changes taking place in Moczulski’s poetry in the context
of other works from the generation o f ’68. Moczulski made his debut already in 1962 poetry
expressing the inherence o f human existence in Nature. During the nineteen seventies, however,
this poet associated himself with the „collective time”. There appeared the involvement in history
and politics, accompanied by the choice of the „witness strategy”. Wrestling with the social norms
led to a personality crisis and as a consequence of this crisis the subject appears in an isolated
position, taking over the „patient strategy”. Then began in his poetry a return to basic values
(home, family friendship), to sources, axioms, authorities. The subject present the projection of the
world „as it should be”. For this new stance is proposed here the name of „healer strategy”,
examples of which may be sought, apart from Moczulski, in the poetry of Czeslaw Milosz,
Mieczysław Jastrun, Anna Kamieńska, Anna Świrszczyńska, Julia Hartwig and in the works of
younger authors of the generation of ’68. |
