Kryminalizacja kontaktów homoseksualnych w starożytnych Atenach

Abstract

This article elaborates Greek homosexuality in ancient times. In sociological context we have to look at this issue. I proffer two oppositional areas: domestic and outdoor in Athenian society. In my opinion there exist dependence between patriarchate and mans’s sexual life (marrige, prostitution,pederasty).Ancient pederasty in Greek significance is extensively write- up. I bring out differences between male prostitution and pederasty. This thoughts are background for Timarchus case. On the grounds of Aeschines Against Timarchos I present Athenian political crime as to homosexual, male prostitution.
