| Abstrakt: | The article characterizes a problem not yet present in the literature on the subject. An analysis is presented an analysis of the occurrence of the concept of responsibility in ethical codes of councilors, one of the basic values required from politicians by voters as well as by numerous normative documents. On the basis of the analysis of 58 codes, the thesis will be presented that the concept of responsibility is present in almost all codes. In particular, it is about responsibility towards the residents, towards the community, meritocratic and statutory. |
