Each system of education through art is determined by an educational model defining the
patterns of behaviour and preferring certain reconstructive-creative attitudes of its receiver.
H. Read emphasises that man exists thanks to values he/she takes in and accepts. Values define
new life aims, needs and endeavours to man. Thus, he/she can create new values and change
him/herself under their influence. Also, he/she gives values various forms which constitute
his/her thoughts, emotions and imagination. It is so mainly because of creative activity. Education
through art, in the case of students, means developing interests in getting familiarized with, understanding
and experiencing beauty.
