| Abstract: | The article discusses legal acts referring to the national literary resources arranged chronologically. The analysis of these acts enabled the author to distinguish the competences of the State Library Board and the National Library Resources Board (NZB). On this basis the article also describes the requirements which libraries have to meet so that their resources may be included in the category of protected resources. The influence of the library community upon the formulation of regulations defining the NZB was also analysed. |
