| Abstract: | The articles presents German Library created from the initiative of Goethe Institute in the University of Silesia Library. It describes the variety of collected resources and their using by people from the academic and local environment. It shows the crucial role that the library has played in promoting German culture in the Silesian region for 14 years. |
