Wybrane problemy sytuacji ludzi starszych w osiedlu mieszkaniowym

Abstract

The main problem of the paper is social integration of elder people living in dwelling quarters of a town. The paper is based on empirical material gathered in connection with the initiative raised by the Institute for Environment Forming in Warsaw. The investigation covered 10 dwelling quarters in several Polish towns, and was carried out by separate researching groups. Basing on their findings this part of the material which concerns elder people, was analysed by the author of the presented paper. In conclusion the author attempts to elaborate a set of instructions concerning the patronage over elder people living in a quarter.
