| Abstrakt: | Anna Glimos-Nadgórska presents the rights and duties of the elementary school teachers in the Silesian province in the years 1922—1939. The said rights and duties differed from those of the teachers in other parts of Poland because of the autonomous status of the Silesian province. The differences and similarities indicated the degree of the province’s integration with the rest of the state. |
