Abstract

The deficit of responsibility causes uncontrolled distribution of different risks. In addition present times are constantly and intensively following transformations, which have both positive and negative consequences. Taking into account the foregoing considerations, presented text tries to show the need of taming, in the meaning studying and revitalizing the public space. From aong the many ways of improving the public space I would like to pay an attention to one, as it seems to be the main factor – specific value/skill/need, which is responsibility, category so often unconscious and absent in every day social existence, which in a highest level conducts life quality of fast culturally and economically differentiating public space.
