Doświadczenia i kompetencje liderów edukacji filmowej

Abstract

The main aim of this article is recognition and description of competence of film education leaders, showing their needs and demands as well as recognition of the scope of their participation in educational programs and projects. The research focused on qualifications, competence, experience and perspectives connected with gaining and improving competence necessary to lead film education. Quality research carried out among film education leaders dealt among others with opinions and demands concerning quality improvement of film education and possibilities to improve the competence of staff. The presentation of research results is preceded by review of available educational programs and projects, and the summery of research results concerning the usage of films as educational tool in Polish school commissioned by Polish Film Institute.
