The school constitutes an environment characterised by the complexity, it is the specific social reality, in the frames of which the pupils acquire the intelectually-cognitive and social experiences. The participants and creators of this reality are two main subjects – the teacher and the pupil (student); and the effectiveness of the didactic-pedagogical activities in greater scope are determined by the relation between them (where important are the specificity of teacher’s reacts, personal attributes and competencies) than by the didactic contents. In the paper there are realised the analysis related to the ways of school teacher perception – his personal features, competencies, role and character of the relations that take place between teacher and student, in the context of the challenges arising from the nature of the postmodern era.pl_PL
