| Abstrakt: | Various factors contribute to the limited research into historical phraseology. Lexicographic sources are one of these factors. The problem is not only an incomplete material base but also various methods of documenting phraseologies. The considerations of this article are dedicated to the characteristics of how phraseology has been registered in the selected historical Polish language dictionaries such as: The Dictionary of Polish Language by Samuel Boguslaw Linde, the so-called Vilnius Dictionary and The Warsaw Dictionary. |
