Abstrakt: The introduction of the idea of early school education – with its characteristic “integrated” aspect – into the school reality has been an effective method of the holistic (as far as possible) presentation of knowledge to children, thus providing them with the possibility to perceive the world in a wider perspective than by participating in individual classes. There are no indications or limitations assumed in advances in the integration of the content of education of individual fields. Which areas and to what extent such areas will be presented to pupils in a holistic manner depends on the teacher. Some issues – due to their content links and methods of learning, as well as their notional apparatus – may be combined in a natural way. These issues include, in particular, social-environmental and technical education, mentioned in the title of the study, the content of which permeates and complements each other in many aspects.
