The notion of educational policy is a key category determining changes in educational practice. However, many years of ideologisation of education in our country and making it a tool of political authority raise negative connotations. What the people who are influenced by educational policy are not always aware of is its significance. The presented study comprises the analyses of research results obtained in the studies conducted among teachers whose professional and non-career activity had been outstanding and who commented on the educational policy implemented on the ministry level. The research results concern: the attitude of the examined teachers towards the Ministry’s undertakings, the way in which particular ministers responsible for supervising their work are viewed, as well as which activities carried out by them are best remembered and most frequently described.pl_PL
