Abstract

The article presents a sketch of a musical and educational project entitled “I’m Friends with Fryderyk Chopin”. The project shows the historical background and the patriotic character of the composer’s work. The attention was paid to the artistic and educational value of the implemented concepts in the process of acquiring social and cultural competences. A description of the research showing the opinions of teachers and students in the scope of undertaken activities was made.
