Odpowiedzialność za użycie autonomicznych systemów uzbrojenia w międzynarodowym prawie humanitarnym

Abstract

The dissertation addresses the problem of responsibility for the use of autonomous weapons systems at the humanitarian level. The main research hypothesis is primary legal responsibility, once for deviations, humanitarian law committed in connection with the use of autonomous weapon systems. The responsibility of individuals for such crushing is independent of the responsibility of the state. The variety of war crimes is narrower than that of the international unlawful. For the purposes of the work, weapon systems based on recognition of intelligence were used as autonomous weapon systems, which, when added, can be supplemented in the control process without human intervention. The paper examines the significance of the fundamental issues of humanitarian law for the use of autonomous weapons systems, as well as the nature of the obligation to conduct a security control of weapons in the context of the development and use of these systems in armed conflict.
