| Abstrakt: | In the article, the author analyses the phenomenon of new regionalism, which appeared in international relations at the beginning of the 1990s and involved the creation of regional groups undertaking regional cooperation in various fields. The aim of this article is to assess the significance of this phenomenon for international relations in Europe and the current effects of the activities of regional groups formed at that time. |
