Wybrane problemy pogranicza polsko-czeskiego w aspekcie dążeń narodowościowych na terenie Księstwa Cieszyńskiego (do 1918 roku)

Abstract

The analysis of the Polish press of the period in question shows the problems bothering the inhabitants of the Polish-Czech borderline at that time. Bringing closer many details illustrating everyday life, the press signaled at the same time, the problems accompanying this daily life, unknown several years ago. They influenced all spheres of life in this territory and a multicultural coexistence of these territories which began to undergo a total modification while in the next decades their trace remained only in some aspects of folk culture.
