Przestrzenne zróżnicowanie dochodów własnych w budżetach gmin województwa śląskiego

Abstract

This study performs the description of self-incomes, which mainly decides about commune’s economical potential. Proportional share of self-incomes has big spatial differences from 19% up to 80% of budget incomes (fig. 1). Still bigger variation shows its level between 398 PLN and 3070 PLN per capita (fig. 2). The differences depend mainly on council unit type – the lowest indexes belong usually to rural communes and the highest ones have urban communes on district laws (tab.1). Diversity in particular types of communes is a result of geographical environment terms, spatial location and the progress of social and economical processes, which create the group of local development factors together.
