Sztuka w edukacji jako estetyczny nurt wychowania

Abstract

The understanding of the educational function of music in subsequent periods of the development of a pedagogical thought was different. At one time it was the music that was given an important educational role (on the pattern of Ancient Greece) and some other time it was underestimated or even treated as an educational aspect of little value. In the context of contemporary reality the author outlines the tasks of a contemporary teacher of music being an esthetic tutor of a child, a person introducing it into the world of multiple values. She also indicates that music is the source of joy, creative actions and fulfilled childishness. The text contains the examples of creative actions taken by children whereas the theoretical considerations are related to the pedagogy of artistic works and personalism.
