Abstract

Pojęcia sprawiedliwości społecznej i międzynarodowej należą do tradycyjnie wyróżnianych członów różnych podziałów i typologii zakresu „sprawiedliwości”. Analiza koncepcji sprawiedliwości społecznej i międzynarodowej ujawnia, iż tylko w niektórych koncepcjach (opisowych) te uszczegółowienia pojęcia sprawiedliwości mogą zostać uznane za autentyczne odmiany sprawiedliwości. W literaturze przeważają normatywne koncepcje sprawiedliwości społecznej i międzynarodowej, które są ideologicznie zaangażowane, u ich podstaw leżą definicje projektujące. Koncepjom takim słusznie zarzucane bywa nadużywanie pojęcia sprawiedliwości — wykorzystują one aprobatę wiązaną z tradycyjnym pojęciem sprawiedliwości do narzucania idei, które niewiele mają wspólnego z ideą sprawiedliwości. e notions of social and international justice both belong to traditionally demarcated meanings falling within the scope of the term “justice”. Analyses of the concepts of social and international justice reveal that the particular notions proposed do not always count (from a descriptive standpoint) as capturing genuine instances of what we understand by this word. Within the literature, the normative conceptions of social and international justice that are prevalent are ones which are ideologically implicated, as well as being based on working definitions. ey are rightly criticized as distorting the notion of justice for the sake of the imposition of a variety of ideas — ideas that are not in conformity with the traditional understanding of the concept.
