Abstract

The paper presents difinite reasons which accelerate, regenerate biocenotical systems and explain the origin of the Błędów Desert. For this purpose of this investigation transects were made representative by the following stages of plants regeneration: stage of encroachment plants, stage of sodding, stage of bushes (shrubs), stage of biogroup formation and stage of afforestation. The preliminary results of this work indicate, that the major factors which accelerate the growth of the plants in the Błędów Desert belong: decrease surface of the Desert in consequence of artificial afforestation and introduce spiecies (Salix acutifolia. Ely mus arenarius), which stabilized the sand.
